4FM, the station serving Ireland's major cities, has terminated the employment of Chief Executive Martin Block. Sales and Marketing Director Dave Hammond has taken temporary control of the company.
Martin, who was thanked by the board of the station for his commitment and efforts during its start-up phase, will remain as a director and shareholder through Fox Radio. No reason has been given for the board's decision to let Block go. 4FM launched in February and broadcasts to Dublin, Cork, Limerick, Galway and Clare. |
